About the author

Photography is Marty Provost’s artistic outlet for the unique opportunity it offers to meld the highly technical aspects of photography with the vivid beauty of the human form.

His work is a combination of the strength and beauty of the female form with the shadows and darkness of the mind. A manifestation of urban decay balanced amid the opulence of eccentricity. Provost’s vision of fetish fine art is based on warm sensual beauty and cold darkness. He looks at photo shoot as a chance to expand his vision. Each model brings their unique personality to the shoot which allows Provost to find art in their individualism.

In his continuing works he wants to reach new perimeters, creating a visual image as distinctive and powerful as the subject that inspires it.

Provost has been a part of many group exhibits and several solo exhibits. He was selected as a Florida Artist of the Month for the Orlando Museum of Art Museum Shop Florida Artist of the Month program and had 21 pieces of my work featured and for sale in the Founders Gallery Alcove in the Orlando Museum of Art for the full month of October 2005.
