About the author

Tony Morgan was born and raised in Alaska, educated in Seattle, and has traveled extensively, working variously as a horse wrangler, social worker, and construction laborer. He has lived in the Arctic, Antarctic, on both coasts, and in the South and Southwest. He has shown in galleries in Washington, New Mexico, Vermont, and Alaska. His artwork has graced numerous posters and album covers, and is included in the permanent collections of Cornish College of the Arts and the University of Alaska. He currently resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two cats, where he works as a painter, printmaker, and filmmaker.
