About the author
Fred V. Bradford was born in Dallas, TX in 1967. He grew up mostly in Western and Eastern Oregon before returning to the Dallas metro area in 1997. He began creative writing as a youth and developed an interest in poetry as a high school freshman. It wasn't until the early '90s that he began to seriously study and refine his craft, attending open mic events, amateur and professional poetry readings, Shakespeare in the Park, and working with an English teacher and fellow poet. Mr. Bradford is the author of hundreds of poems, several short stories, one book-length manuscript and currently mentors his sixteen-year-old daughter who has also developed a love of the arts. He's been previously published in print on two occasions, and in digital form a half dozen times. He's a fan of Frost, Neruda, Dickinson, Elizabeth Browning, and William Stafford among others. Fred writes for the love of the craft.
