About the author

Lenny Woodson lost his wife and sons in an unfortunate civil action. He did manage to maintain custody of the pets, a poisonous lizard and some inedible fish.

In the past, he made his living as a drywaller’s assistant (sheet rock holder), a Christmas tree trimmer (saving the yuletide from misshapen pines), and spent years crisscrossing the midwest as a boxer, fighting under different names until information technology improved between states. He never took a dive, but he always knew where the soft spots were in the canvas.

After working for government agencies, mostly Justice and Corrections Departments, he felt the budget ax and went to work as a freelancer where his work has appeared online for AOL, All-Movie Guide, the New York Times, Ruthie's Club, and Tit-elation; and in print in Northeast, Focus, The Business Journal, Midwest Outdoors, Films in Review, and Sporting News.
