What do you get when you cross an intelligent female director, a fun script, and seriously sexy adult actors and actresses? A Candida Royalle erotic film, of course!
In Stud Hunters, her 15th Femme Productions film, Royalle creates a spoof of herself and of adult filmmaking. The result is an enjoyable and arousing romp.
The story follows film director Carla Divine (played by Alexandra Silk) as she works to produce a quality adult film while navigating the obstacles of finding actors, working with low budgets, the antics of kooky reporters, and the abrupt change-of-heart by her starlette Giselle Lorngette (played by the ethereal Ava Vincent).
The director and starlette pull up to the set to a crowd of female protestors (including a cameo shot of Candida Royalle herself) chanting “Two, four, six, eight, lousy porn is what we hate!” And true to her message, this film is anything but lousy porn. In fact, if you were to call the film porn, Royalle would hastily correct that this is an “erotic movie,” a sentiment echoed in an interview between Divine and a pushy reporter (played by Tara Indiana – a real life professional dominatrix).
The film is heavy on plot and character development, but that doesn’t mean it shies away from the sex. The “auditions” feature plenty of sexy studs removing their duds to show off amazing bodies. And although it takes thirty minutes to get to the first actual sex-act, the wait is worthwhile.
The first scene is between Giselle and her co-star (played by Brian Bishop), who have their first intimate exchange in secret and off-set. There is obvious real-life chemistry between the two actors, which translates to incredible, tangible sex. It seems that no-one is faking as they enjoy each other’s perfectly sculpted bodies. And what a beautiful cock! A girl can’t help but be envious as Giselle strokes and licks this gorgeous erection. The scene is enhanced by soft, erotic lighting; and the sounds Giselle emits are ones of true pleasure, not the theatrical screaming often heard in more traditional adult films.
The true treat comes with the last scene, which may very well be the sexiest scene in the history of adult cinema. Already exhausted from breaking up off-set romps between a stud and her assistant (played by the adorable Leila Swan), dueling reporters, and various other horny cast and crew members; the final straw for Carla Divine comes when Giselle announces her intentions to quit porn and start a family life with her co-star.
The director gets her revenge.
And what a revenge indeed; the lucky lady, who sports an amazing body, demands pleasure from four of her gorgeous studs (including Giselle’s honey). “This is about her pleasure,” Royalle instructs the studs behind-the-scenes before filming. The four guys definitely take her direction to heart by sucking, nibbling, fucking, licking, and slowly heightening Carla Divine’s pleasure until she reaches an organic and astounding orgasm.
