Dear Readers,

Things are a little rough right now, to say the least. With the roller-coaster ups and downs in the stock market and the banking crisis that faces our country, it’s hard not to let the stress get to us. For the more practical, worry and frustration are common emotions these days; while images of the sky falling and martial law beleaguer the more imaginative stress-balls among us. Either way, it’s enough to drive a person crazy!

Well ladies and gentlemen, there is one shining light to help see us through these trying times: sex! Our wish for you, dear readers, is to relax, take some time out, and enjoy a few tension-releasing orgasms. Turn down the lights, set out a few candles, and reach out and touch someone (even if that someone is yourself).

The stress-releasing benefits of sex cascade from the simple to the complex: Human touch has been shown to reduces stress, as does burning calories, physical exertion, getting your mind of off your worries and onto something more pleasant, and the release of endorphins into the body – all of which are components of a good orgasm.

Sex is a “better way to health,” as reported by FoxNews.com. Specifically, sex has been shown, again and again, to relieve stress by increasing levels of that wonderful chemical, oxytocin, and stimulating feelings of warmth and relaxation. Indeed, sex is number 10 on About.com’s list of 25 ways to reduce stress.

If you don’t have time for an all-out romp session, consider taking a few minutes for yourself to enjoy some erotica. We’re working hard to provide a free social service here – so take advantage of it! Here’s to a healthier, happier, and more relaxed America!

Xoxo
