CONTRIBUTORS! In the mayhem of last week a hard drive crashed and we have lost all of our email archives. Please email us immediately at submissions@oystersandchocolate.com.
If you have contributed a story/poem/article to us that we have accepted for publication any time between January 2008 and moving forward, please send us the following email:
- Subject line "Publication Month-Author's Name-Story Title." The publication month (the month for which we told you we had accepted your story) is critical so we can reschedule everything as planned. Thank you!
- Attach your final revised version of the story we are scheduled to publish.
- Include your author's biography (if you are a new author).
- Attach your signed contract (if you are a new author).
Contributor Hopefuls! If you have SUBMITTED a story to us (regular or by invitation) within the past 6 months and you have not yet heard a response from us (acceptance or rejection), please resubmit your story/poem as follows:
- Subject line "Fiction Submission" or "Poetry Submission" or "Anthology Submission."
- Attach your story as a word doc.
- Paste your story or poem in the body of the email.
- Include a little info about yourself and a brief 2-3 sentence summary of your story at the top of the email.
